You can spend your money wherever you want. And for any reason. That is your right.
For example: if you like the color yellow, you can buy a yellow shirt, or a yellow car, or go to restaurants with yellow tables. This is not political. It’s just a matter of personal preference, quite obviously. You can take a yellow submarine to a Coldplay concert and listen to them sing their song “Yellow.” Yay. Yay for you. Yay for yellow.
If you are fond of snarky humor, you can shop at Old Navy because of their commercials. If you are not fond of snarky humor, you can not shop at Old Navy because of their commercials.
If you don’t like gay people, or are against equal rights generally, you can eat at Chick-Fil-A. If you do like gay people, or are for equal rights generally, you can avoid eating at Chick-Fil-A. This is very, very simple. Do what you want. Nobody’s making you not be an asshole. It’s your right under the Constitution to be an asshole, just like it’s my right, under the Constitution, to call you one.

When people say I should care about things that affect their lives but don’t really affect mine, it just makes mad at them. I mean, shouldn’t they know what affects me and what doesn’t and strive not to bother me with moral quandaries I can choose to skate past without taking a stand? Dumbasses.
